Varshal Thakor brings over 30 years of entrepreneurial leadership spanning advertising, product innovation, marketing, and finance. As Co-founder and President, he is instrumental in shaping aws (ArtworkservicesUSA)’s global strategy and building long-term relationships with global clients. A science graduate from the University of Mumbai, Varshal combines analytical thinking with creative insight to solve complex business challenges.

With over 25+ years of experience, Dheeraj Toshniwal is a seasoned business and technology leader with global experience in digital transformation, consulting, and enterprise technology services. As CEO of Powerweave, he is responsible for driving strategic growth, strengthening global delivery capabilities, and positioning the organization as a leader in AI-driven and digital solutions.

Rahul is dedicated to operational precision and service excellence at aws (ArtworkservicesUSA). Prior to joining, he held key leadership roles at renowned multinational corporations. At aws (ArtworkservicesUSA), he oversees global delivery teams and drives performance standards across operations. Known for his structured approach and process-oriented mindset, Rahul consistently delivers high-impact outcomes, reinforcing the company’s reputation, quality, and operational strength.

Shantanu Kamat

Shantanu joins us from Silicon Valley, California, with 25+ years of experience in sales and marketing. He played a strong role in the growth of a tech startup that went through a successful IPO and later an acquisition. He brings extensive experience in eCommerce, ERP and digital solutions to the promotional products industry. He strongly believes in delivering measurable growth impact for our customers and builds strong personal relationships with them.

Hitesh Limbachiya

Hitesh Limbachiya brings over 15 years of global experience in managing key accounts and enterprise client relationships. As Director of Strategic Accounts, he plays a pivotal role in strengthening client partnerships through a consultative approach, proactive engagement, and seamless coordination across teams. He plays an instrumental role in delivering consistent value and ensuring strong retention across strategic accounts in the US promotional products industry.

SVP - Operations

Abdul Aziz Nisar Kazi

A seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience, including 16 years & counting at aws (ArtworkservicesUSA). He champions a customer-first approach, meticulous attention to detail, and a relentless focus on operational efficiency and service excellence. Known for analytical thinking and a structured approach, he leads by example with a calm, composed demeanour and compassionate leadership style. His unwavering belief in his team’s potential fosters an environment where people feel encouraged and motivated to learn, grow, and continuously improve.

VP - Enterprise Solutions

Alpa Patel

Having delivered 300+ complex website and ERP projects for the promotional products industry, Alpa brings a unique background of a very strong technical expertise coupled with the in depth knowledge of the promo industry. She is all intensity – "make every day count" person. Her 100+ strong team of technical consultants, UX specialists, designers, developers and analysts have delivered strong outcomes for the top suppliers and distributors in the industry. Alpa bets on stocks. She has worked with a brokerage firm before she changed track and took a bet on aws.

Ashok Sharma

Ashok Sharma brings over two decades of cross-functional leadership experience, helping build efficient, scalable, and resilient operations. He leads teams across operations, delivery, quality, client services, and business support functions, partnering closely with clients to drive sustainable performance and long-term value. His approach blends strategic vision with disciplined execution, aligning people, processes, and technology to achieve operational excellence.

VP - Web Infra & Security

Sanjeev Kashyap

Sanjeev Kashyap brings over two decades of hands-on IT leadership, driving secure, scalable, and high-availability web infrastructure across global platforms. Sanjeev leads the architectural and security strategy powering the company’s digital backbone. Sanjeev has been instrumental in achieving and maintaining industry-leading compliance benchmarks such as ISO 27001:2013 and SOC 2 Type-2. His strong DevOps orientation and deep technical insight fuel continuous innovation and operational resilience across platforms.

David Pereira

David Pereira is a seasoned operations leader with over 20 years of experience in Operations Management, Offshore Process Transitions, and Business Strategy Development. He is responsible for driving operational strategy, delivery excellence, and scalable growth across global client engagements. His deep institutional knowledge and hands-on leadership have played a critical role in strengthening operational capabilities and supporting the company’s long-term growth.
